    With only 5 ingredients, this delicious smoothie couldn't be easier to make! The cherries are a natural source of melatonin, and the baby spinach is packed with vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. Gluten-, soy-, egg- and dairy-free!

    INGREDIENTS

    2 cups Cherries (fresh and pitted, or frozen)
    1/2 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
    2 cups Baby Spinach
    1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
    1 cup Water

    DIRECTIONS

    Add all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!

    NOTES

    Like it sweet? Add more cherries.

    Extra chocolate: Add some cacao or cocoa powder.

    Extra thick: Add ground flax seeds or chia seeds.

    No protein powder? Use a blend of hemp seeds and cocoa powder instead.
