Beet & Berry Smoothie
A healthy and delicious smoothie to start your day off right! Loaded with vitamins and antioxidants, the ingredients in this beautiful treat are PCOS-friendly.
Yields: 1 to 1 1/2 servings
- 1/3 cup peeled + chopped Raw Organic Beet
- 1/3 cup Organic Blackberries
- 1/3 cup Organic Blueberries
- 1/3 cup Organic Strawberries
- 1/4 ripe Banana, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 2/3 cup Coconut Water (or more if you like it more runny)
- 1 tbsp chopped Parsley
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend and enjoy!
