It depends on many factors – your unique body type and how quickly it will welcome positive nutrition changes, how healthy you’re eating already, your fitness routine, stress levels, food sensitivities that you have (or that you don’t even know you have), your level of commitment and ability to stick the meal plans, etc. Having said that, you can expect to lose between 7 and 10 pounds or more. The first week is when you’ll experience the largest drop and then your body will tell us what’s the ideal weight for you. We’ll listen to that, practice mindful eating, and work on mindset to create balance. My weight loss program is designed not to feel hungry or deprived so you can keep the weight off long term. We’ll go beyond tracking weight changes through the online journals and monitor how much more energy you have, gut health, sleep, mood, skin, and more.
You mentioned the recipes can be tailored to our food preferences. I’m fully vegetarian (no seafood) & sensitive to nuts. Will I be able to follow the program?
Totally! You’ll be able to make pescatarian recipes fully vegetarian & recipes that include nuts, nut-free.
When you sign up I’ll ask you a few questions about your food preferences and needs and you’ll get your recipe swaps.
