Magic immune-boosting concoction
This simple concoction has saved me, winter after winter, from catching any cold or flu. It works like magic to boost your immune system, detox, work as a natural anti-inflammatory, improve digestion, and regulate blood sugar.
It’s super easy to make and the secret is in taking it when you start feeling a little under the weather. Then you let it work its magic.
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder (or even better, fresh)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup hot water
Mix all together and feel better!
