    Yields: 1 to 1 1/2 servings

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1/3 cup peeled + chopped Raw Organic Beet
    • 1/3 cup Organic Blackberries
    • 1/3 cup Organic Blueberries
    • 1/3 cup Organic Strawberries
    • 1/4 ripe Banana, fresh or frozen
    • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
    • 2/3 cup Coconut Water (or more if you like it more runny)
    • 1 tbsp chopped Parsley

    DIRECTIONS

    • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend and enjoy!
