This is one of my favorite super detox smoothies for the summer. Anti-inflammatory, super detoxing, anti-oxidant, hydrating, delicious!

    This is how to make it.

    • 2 cups of chopped green melonĀ 
    • 2 sticks of celery
    • 1/4 cucumber
    • 1/2 lime
    • 1 kiwi
    • 2 cups water/coconut water
    • Mint to your taste
    • 1 tbsp. hemp seedsĀ 
    • 1 tbsp flax seeds
    • Optional: ginger or turmeric

    Blend away and enjoy!

    Yield: 4 cups.
